Follow the voice prompts to reach Support. If no one answers your call, continue to stay on the line and leave a message after the tone (beep). Be sure to include your Company name, store number, phone number, email address and a detailed description of the issue you are having. Our system will create a Support ticket from your voicemail message.
We encourage our existing customers that have a user login account to open a Support ticket directly from the online Dashboard. Go to the Support tab on the far right-hand side of the dashboard and the Create Ticket page will open.
From your mobile device, go into the right-hand side hamburger menu and choose Support. The Create Ticket page will open.
Send an email to support@compliancemate.com. Be sure to include your Company name, store number, phone number and a detailed description of the issue you are having. Our system will create a Support ticket from your sent email.
Please note our Support Center is open Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Eastern time. We also provide after-hours support M-F 6p-10P Eastern, and on weekends. However, the after-hours support is limited, with no one available to answer the phones. Support tickets will be answered and responded to during after-hours support.
